By using this website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions.

The terms "Buyer," "you," and "your" refer to the individual accessing this website and agreeing to the Seller’s terms and conditions. The terms "Seller," "Us," "We," and "Our" refer to our company SIA "Laimdotas," Registration No. 46101007670, registered address: Deksne, Padures pagasts, Kuldiga novads, LV-3321. The term "Parties" refers to both the Buyer and Us. These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, apply to all contracts and agreements.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held responsible for the total or partial inability to fulfill the obligations of this Agreement in a situation beyond the control of either party, including, but not limited to, force majeure, terrorism, war, political unrest, riots, strikes, social unrest, civil or military actions, uprisings, earthquakes, floods, or other similar unforeseen events that are beyond the control of either party and result in the termination of the concluded agreement or arrangement, which could not reasonably have been foreseen. In such cases, the party affected by such situation shall immediately inform the other party and make every effort to fulfill the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Waiver of Rights

If either party fails to enforce any provision of this Agreement or fails to exercise any rights, legal remedies, or options provided herein, it shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights and shall not diminish the obligation to fulfill the obligations set forth in this Agreement. Waiver of any rights provided in this or any other Agreement shall not be effective unless clearly indicated and signed by both Parties.

General Information

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union. By accessing this website, using our services, and/or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions, and any disputes arising from such access fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of Latvian courts. If any of these terms is invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to, the aforementioned exceptions and limitations), the respective invalid or unenforceable term shall be excluded from these terms, and it shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms. If we fail to apply any provision of these Terms and Conditions or terminate them, it shall not be considered as a waiver of these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or any part thereof. These terms and conditions cannot be amended, modified, or supplemented unless in writing and signed by authorized representatives of Our company.

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed on the laimdotas.lv website. Please print a copy of these pages for future reference.


All products displayed on the website are available for order. The delivery time for orders is up to 10 weeks (in some cases, longer), depending on the product type and the chosen finishing material. Before placing an order on the website, it is advisable to view the selected material (fabric/wood) color in person at our office in Kuldiga.

Product Description

We regularly update the information on our website and take care to ensure that all conditions and descriptions are current and accurate for the products displayed on our website. We reserve the right to reject orders when information about the product is inaccurately published.

Manufacturing, Delivery, and Installation

Delivery and installation costs are not included in the product price. These costs are calculated by the "Laimdotas" designer during the order processing. More detailed information about delivery conditions is available from the designer. All orders and requests are processed within 7 working days of receipt.

The order becomes effective (i.e., production begins) only after the advance invoice is paid. The advance invoice will be sent by the designer to the email address provided by the client. The order request made via the laimdotas.lv website has an informative purpose and is not considered as a formal order.

Return Policy

Any item purchased online can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase (excluding items purchased in-person and custom-made items tailored to the Buyer’s preferences). The item must be in good condition (undamaged) and without signs of use. Once we receive the returned item(s) in good condition, we will refund the value of the item(s). The compensation will be transferred within 5 working days. The delivery costs for returning unwanted item(s) will not be refunded. Likewise, the initial delivery costs of your order (if any) will not be refunded.

    Like all great things, a furniture project starts with ideas and a vision. In the initial stage, dedicate time to generating ideas. Get inspired for your dream kitchen or bedroom through our designers’ demo kitchen projects!

  2. Consultation with a Designer

    The earlier a designer is involved in the furniture planning process, the more precise and successful the realization of the desired concepts will be. Even if the furniture order is planned for the future, we recommend discussing ideas, deadlines, and other important aspects with the designer well in advance so that everything is clear and well-organized. A design consultation is a one-hour virtual or face-to-face meeting with a professional kitchen designer aimed at organizing thoughts, getting new ideas, and finding answers to all essential questions, including those that may not have been considered before.

  3. Kitchen Project Development

    Furniture design is one of the most responsible processes when ordering custom-made furniture. The developed project plan will directly influence the final result of the new kitchen and its convenience for long-term use. Our furniture project includes detailed cost estimates, technical drawings with specific measurements, as well as the selected materials, hardware specifications, and accessories.

  1. Refining Design Details

    Furniture design consists of many different and equally important nuances that are crucial for long-term use. After reviewing the designer’s project proposal, it is time to discuss and refine the details – handles, worktop materials, facade shades, and other design elements, as well as the technical and plumbing specifications. This is truly the most creative stage of the process, where everything starts to take shape. Our designers will ensure that the kitchen harmoniously fits into the overall interior of your home and is comfortable, functional, and stylish.

  2. Order Confirmation

    Once the important details are refined, and you are truly satisfied with the furniture project, a contract for furniture production is prepared, outlining the payment terms and amounts, delivery times and conditions, furniture assembly procedure, and the responsibilities of both parties. In addition, our designer will explain the next steps after the order is submitted for production.

  3. Furniture Manufacturing and Delivery

    After the furniture project is developed and the order is placed, our designer will hand over the project plan to a carpenter who will manufacture all the furniture items ordered by you. This approach ensures that all furniture is made according to the same principle, and the furniture designer will constantly monitor the progress of your furniture production and inform you accordingly.

    Before kitchen delivery, the furniture designer will contact you to arrange the most convenient delivery and installation time.
